COVID-19 Updates

At Forest Lawn Dental Centre, we continually prioritize safety to ensure the well-being of both our patients and staff. Here are a few steps that we are currently taking under the guidance of the Alberta Dental Association:

 

✔ For every staff member, we check daily for COVID-19 symptoms and mandate a 14-day quarantine period as needed. Our staff are thoroughly outfitted with protective gear and follow strict protocols for each new patient.

✔ For every patient, we pre-screen in advance for COVID-19 symptoms and provide hand sanitizer and a face mask upon entering the office. We have implemented social distancing measures within our office.

✔ Between each patient visit, we meticulously clean, disinfect and sterilize rooms, instruments and all surfaces in our operatories. In the reception/waiting area, we continually disinfect all high touch surfaces and provide hand sanitizer to both staff and patients.
