After, a mould will be made or your teeth to ensure that the whitening trays are a perfect fit for your teeth.
The concentrated whitening gel will then be placed in your custom tray and applied to your teeth for 30 to 60 minutes under a curing light to maximize its effectiveness. Once the whitening gel has finished curing, the dentist will rinse off your teeth and schedule a follow-up appointment if necessary. The treatment is straightforward and only takes one to two hours to complete.
